Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting access to, or using, SportsMaidan (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're accepting these terms on behalf of a club, academy, or organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Service

SportsMaidan provides tools for organizing sports tournaments, managing teams and players, live scoring, multi-camera broadcast production, and public scoreboards/streaming pages.

3. Accounts

Organizer accounts are created after a request is reviewed and approved. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, including crew members you invite.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout and processed securely through Razorpay. Plan limits (such as tournaments or matches per month) are shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SportsMaidan to:

• Broadcast or upload content you don't have the rights to distribute
• Violate any applicable law or third party's rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other organizers' data
• Use the service for any tournament, event, or content involving illegal gambling or wagering

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the tournament, team, player, and broadcast content you upload. By using the Service, you grant SportsMaidan a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform — for example, showing your public scoreboard or streaming your broadcast to viewers.

7. Third-Party Services

SportsMaidan relies on third-party infrastructure, including Razorpay for payments and streaming infrastructure for live video delivery. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those third-party providers, though we work to minimize their impact.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available, particularly during live matches, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsMaidan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or a missed broadcast.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
